      Talent Acquisition Partner for a 75+ employee (and growing) remote education non-profit providing professional learning to K-12 educators nationally

      Type of Vacancy: Salaried, full-time

      Location: Remote/home office anywhere in the continental United States
      Report to: Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition
      Supervises: N/A
      Compensation: The full salary range for this position is $65,500 - $99,075 annually. There are two types of experience being considered for this role: Experience that is directly relevant to the role and Total Working Experience, in all fields. This includes: internships and consulting work. In collaboration with the hiring manager, the People and Culture team calculates experience based on the candidate’s most current resume. When calculating the offer, consideration is given to candidates that possess additional qualifications (i.e., desired qualifications). Teaching Lab will generally cap salaries for new employees at 105% of the midpoint to allow for continued growth in the role over time.

      SUMMARY OF POSITION
      As a member of the People & Culture team, the Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for providing analytical-level support to hiring managers to ensure that Teaching Lab finds, recruits, hires, and retains talented new team members to join our team and extend our mission to more teachers and learners and families and ensuring our school systems become truly equitable for the students and teachers we serve.

      PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
      Recruitment for W-2 Full-time (FTE), Part-time (PTE), and 1099 contractor Positions
      Lever (ATS) Management
      Hiring Manager Training
      Weekly Talent Acquisition Reporting

      STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES KEY SUCCESS INDICATORS (KSI)
      The Talent Acquisition Partner is accountable for achieving goals set in collaboration with their manager, aligned with FY23 goals, and especially, Key Success Indicators (KSI) like:
      Talent Acquisition
      Teaching Lab team members at all levels of the organization will reflect the students we serve (>60% people of color)
      80% of FTE and PTE hiring processes span 10 weeks or shorter from posting to offer
      80% of hiring processes result in hiring managers reporting that they are satisfied or highly satisfied with “the overall hiring process” for FTEs and PTEs
      80% of new FTE and PTE hires report that their “overall experience as an applicant” was good or excellent
      Build a sustainable and antiracist organization where all team members can learn and thrive.

      ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
      Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or a related field
      Minimum of two (2) years of combined successful experience planning, and implementing a talent acquisition plan for a growing workforce
      Knowledge and experience in talent acquisition best practices
      Experience working collaboratively to support hiring managers
      Experience with high volume recruiting
      Experience generating a pipeline for professional positions
      Experience as a Recruiter Knowledge of Federal and State Employment Laws that pertain to hiring practices
      Some knowledge or experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates; specifically, LinkedIn Recruiter
      Experience managing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
      Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
      Skills (Competency Package) - Communication, Personable, Organization, Emotional Intelligence, Critical Thinking & Problem Solving, Relationship Building, Teamwork, Collaboration, Time Management, Adaptability, Growth Mindset, Technology Acumen, Data-Driven, and Outcomes Driven

      DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
      Talent Acquisition Certifications (e.g., SHRM’s Talent Acquisition credential, AIRS, and/or HCI’s Strategic Talent Acquisition certification)
      Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates; specifically, LinkedIn Recruiter
      Internship Program Management experience
      Experience in the education field
      Remote work experience

      WORKING CONDITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
      Ability to work a flexible schedule to support operational needs
      Ability to perform the essential project, duties and responsibilities with or without accommodation
      All team members are expected to support program/project needs which could mean that you play multiple roles at Teaching Lab (i.e., project lead, support, subject matter expert, etc.)
